Future Signals is an insights platform I created for our T-Mobile clients.

The intent was to make this a place for clients to break out of the day to day thinking and be inspired. Unlike other trend resources that focus on recapping what’s already happened, I aimed to make this a spot to discover future trends and signals.

My role: 

  • Proactively selling this in internally and with client

  • Mobilizing a cross-functional team of designers and account to help operationalize

  • Managing a team of 15 strategists to write and come up with posts

  • Editing posts to maintain consistency of tone/voice

  • Writing a large portion of the posts (roughly 40%)
